Online DBT therapy in Colorado

Trauma-informed care — virtual counseling at home or on the go

Colorado is spacious.

This beautiful state offers so much movement and fresh air… But all the natural beauty doesn’t always translate to feeling grounded on the inside.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place. I work with adults in their 20s and 30s across Colorado who are coping with anxiety, relationship uncertainty, unresolved trauma, and major life transitions. From navigating dating culture to working through attachment dynamics, my online therapy services make managing your mental health easier, even when you’re busy.

A person stands on a rocky outcrop overlooking a vast mountain landscape, with snow patches and dense forests under a clear, expansive sky. Serene and awe-inspiring.
Two hands gently clasping in a comforting gesture, with a faint purple ribbon visible in the background, conveying support and care.

Flexible, trauma-informed care – throughout Colorado

Virtual therapy sessions allow you to prioritize your healing journey without rearranging your day or dealing with an inconvenient commute. Many of my clients appreciate being able to go straight from their therapy session back into their own familiar environment, allowing insights and regulation work to integrate more naturally.

Online counseling may be an especially good option if you…

  • Live outside of major metro areas
  • Prefer the privacy and comfort of home
  • Have a busy schedule
  • Want convenient access to specialized therapy

Even in a virtual format, our work remains grounded. We slow down. We track nervous system responses. We gently explore attachment patterns and protective strategies that developed over time. And we move at a sustainable pace, one that honors your nervous system.

My approach to online therapy

Online counseling sessions with me are structured just like my in-person therapy sessions. The only difference is that instead of meeting in person, we meet via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.

My trauma-informed approach integrates:

  • Somatic, body-aware therapy
  • IFS-informed parts work
  • EMDR (when clinically appropriate and once stability is established)
  • Attachment-based psychotherapy
  • DBT skills for emotional regulation

Whether you’re exploring relationship patterns, navigating a significant life transition, or processing through unresolved trauma, my online counseling sessions are designed to help you integrate therapeutic insights so you can experience lasting transformation.
